This Privacy Policy explains how PadelOps ("we", "us", the "app") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the app.
Information we collect
- Phone number — used to create and sign in to your account via a one-time verification code.
- Profile information — your name and any profile details you choose to add.
- Activity data — matches, tournaments, results, ratings, and predictions you create or take part in.
- Push notification token — provided by Apple Push Notification service / Firebase Cloud Messaging so we can send you match reminders and invitations.
- Basic technical data — app version and device type, used to keep the app working reliably.
How we use your information
- To authenticate you and operate your account.
- To provide core features — organizing matches and tournaments, inviting players, and showing results and ratings.
- To send notifications you ask for, such as match reminders and invitations.
- To maintain the security and reliability of the service.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information you add (such as your name and match activity) may be visible to other players you interact with in the app. We use trusted service providers (such as Google Firebase) to deliver notifications and operate the service.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.
Children
PadelOps is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
